Hello there — I welcome you to my spot on the internet. This is where you can find out a little about myself and what I do, as well as what I’ve done.
I’m currently a senior studying Media and Public Communication with a minor in Media Production and will graduate in May with a Purdue University B.A. degree. When I’m not studying (a.k.a. free time), you’ll usually find me writing, reading, exercising, spending time with friends/family, and even getting my hands dirty with DIY projects.
As far as what I want to put my degree towards, I would love to get involved in the media industry any way I can. I’m a versatile guy with a lot of interest in all sorts of media. You can see some examples of my work on my Portfolio page.
I’ve recently started to get into video production. I’m still rather new at it, but just like when I first started writing, I want to continue to learn as much as I can and keep getting better. You can view some videos that I made on my Portfolio page.
My work has been featured on Lifehacker and I was a 2011 ACP Online Pacemaker Award Finalist for my work for IPFW’s student newspaper, The Communicator.
I currently do freelance writing over at Techerator and I am also the marketing intern at a local non-profit organization known as Arts United in Fort Wayne, IN
I’m constantly on the lookout for new opportunities. If you have any questions, comments, proposals, offers, etc., feel free to contact me.
